Why we started
Honestly? We got tired of the way laundry services worked — or didn't. You'd hand your clothes to someone at a counter, get a ticket stub, and then spend the next few days wondering whether your favourite shirt would come back the way you left it. Sometimes it did. Often enough it didn't. And when something went wrong, nobody seemed to want to own it.
So we decided to do it differently. Already deeply rooted in the Lower Mainland, we knew this region — the communities stretching from Vancouver to Chilliwack — better than any app-dispatched driver ever would. The Lower Mainland is where we live and where we work. The name wasn't a marketing decision. It's our route, our neighbourhood, our standard.
We launched Lougheed Laundry to be the service we always wanted to find: one where a real person picks up your laundry, knows how you like it done, quality-checks it before it comes back, and delivers it themselves. No middlemen. No strangers. No mystery. Just clean clothes and a company that takes pride in every single order.
