If an item is worth over $300 — a designer piece, a sentimental favourite, anything you'd genuinely be heartbroken to lose — declare it when you book.
We'll photograph it together at pickup, note the condition, and handle it on our careful-handling track. Items valued over $300 travel at the customer's own risk. Your home or tenant policy likely covers personal belongings away from your home — a quick call to your insurer is the right move for anything irreplaceable.
If something is truly irreplaceable and uninsured, we'd rather you kept it safe at home. We'll be honest about that.
